Sander Johnsen

Sander received his J.D. from ASU's Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 2024 and has worked in legal settings since 2019.  He has assisted multi-employer and public employee benefit plans by drafting and amending trust agreements, negotiating contracts with vendors and service providers, and advising on compliance with state and federal laws, including ERISA, IRC, Taft-Hartley and the ACA.  Additionally, Sander has assisted business clients with drafting transactional and real estate documents including confidentiality agreements, letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, loan agreements and commercial leases.
