Brian Kelley is a family law attorney focusing his practice on divorce and custody modification litigation.

Brian has assisted clients in:

  • Litigation of all aspects of family law cases, including equitable division of property, business valuation, family support, and custody issues

  • Drafting and reviewing pre- and post-nuptial agreements

  • Family law appeals

Brian grew up in central Phoenix and graduated from Brophy College Prep in 2001. After a six-year enlistment in the U. S. Army as an airborne infantryman and non-commissioned officer, Brian completed his undergraduate degree at Arizona State University in 2014. He received his J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at ASU in 2017. During law school Brian was a research editor for the Arizona State Law Journal and served as an extern in the Arizona Attorney General’s office and in the Honorable Suzanne Cohen’s chambers in Maricopa County Superior Court.
