Cindy Kelley’s law practice focuses on public safety retirement benefits and family law.
Cindy has been representing local police and fire retirement boards around the state of Arizona for over a decade. Her local board clients consist of large jurisdictions as well as small fire districts and police departments.
Cindy has a vibrant family law practice, representing clients in marriage dissolutions, legal separations, child support, paternity, relocation and all post decree matters.
Cindy received her J.D. from Arizona State College of Law (now Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law) in 1988 after graduating from Arizona State University, cum laude, with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting.
