We provide representation to private benefit plan clients consisting of multi-employer defined benefit, defined contribution, and welfare plans across the country. These services include advising with respect to compliance with ERISA, IRC, Taft-Hartley and the Affordable Care Act.

We work with local boards that participate in Arizona’s Public Safety Personnel Retirement System in performing their obligations under the Arizona Revised Statutes. We also assist our local boards with appeals of benefits determinations.

We assist Arizona clients in all aspects of domestic relations cases including divorce, equitable division of property, business valuation, child custody, family support, and pre- and post-martial agreements. We also assist clients with appeals arising out of family law cases.
